What is migraine?

It is a severe painful headache, preceded by warning signs like flashes of light, blind spots, tingling in the arms and legs, vomiting etc. It can last for hours or even days.

It is a result from a combination of blood vessel enlargement.

In a study shows that 30 million Americans suffer from migraine. Females are much more likely to get it.

It causes mainly from bright lights, loud noises, odors, perfumes, allergies and reactions, stress, irregular sleep, smoking, alcohol, skipping meals etc. etc.

The symptoms

Usually feel moderate to severe pain in one side of the head.
Throbbing and pulsing head pain
During physical activity it will increase.
Nausea and Vomiting
Sensitivity will be increased to light and sound.

How can migraine treated with ayurveda

Shirodhara is used for it. Processed herbal oil, medicated butter, milk etc.will be poured on the forehead for about 50-60 minutes. Sandalwood and gooseberry is commonly used for it. It is highly effective for relief in temporary and permanent

HOW CAN YOU COPE WITH HAIR LOSS?

The cheapest way to cope is to ignore hairloss.
Just don’t care. If you have hair on your head or not, the life will go on. There are so many respected people with bald / semi bald head in front of you. But we respect them because of who they are, not because of their looking’s.

Opt to cook on microwave instead of an electric oven. When buying new electrical appliances, check the enery guide labels to sure they are evergy efficient models.5. Turn down the water heater temperature to a maximum of 120 degrees and save energy.6. Replace standard light bulbs with highly efficient compact flourescent bulbs(CFL), which use from about one quarter to one third the energy to produce the same amount of light (a 20 watt CFL will give you about the same light as a 75 watt other bulb.7. Use natural light. Longer days and a higher summer sun light afford you an opportunity to let the natural light help with the current bills. The way is to admit sunlight without heat and glare in to the interiors.

Stain on a Wash Baisn... what could do?The remedy is :1. Take the outer of a Lemon after taking juice, put some salt in it and rub it. See the difference...2. Take some brick powder and palm fibre and rub it... it will be clean and no scratches...3. If the pipe of wash basin blocked.. mix sodium bi carbonate with water and pour in it. Also put some vinegar. Immediately block the pipe with a rubber stopper. Within seconds blockades will be cleared.

1. Dont wear nice outfits, whenever you cook.2. Dont keep and use Electric Heater and Kerosene Stove near to Gas Stove.3. Use Frying Pan and Pressure Cooker instead of others to cook on a Gas Stove.4. Keep Cylindor away from Gas Stove and also dont keep hot items near to Cylindor.5. First Off Cylindor knobe and then Stove.6. If the stove is not properly burning, dont putanything into burner holes to widen it.7. The flame is blue, when the stove is working properly. If the flame is yellow or red, then it is consuming more gas.8. Dont lay cylinder in any case and also dont roll on cylinder when replaces, the liquid gas will come out.9. Clean burner holes with a stove pin, once in a week.10. For cleaning gas stove, use some vinager. It is good for oilness and stains.11. Dont use fan very near to gas stove, when it is in use.12. If you felt gas smell while using, put off the stove and open all doors and windows.13. To use gas stove, put on cylindor knob first.14. When you replace a cylinder, put off all electrical equipments. Also change rubber washer of pressure regulator at every replacement.15. Use electronic gas lighter to lit. Dont use matches.
